From Allegro XLSX to charts — without manual spreadsheet joins

For multi-account operators

One login. Separate data for every Allegro seller account.

Switch between accounts without mixing numbers or files. Separate roles on each account: owner, manager, view-only.

  • Each client's numbers stay in their own account
  • Managers upload reports, owners see live results
  • Ads brief: one shared definition of “worth it” for the team

Product pillars

Six layers of Allegro analytics in one application

From the first upload to charts on an offer — each pillar has a clear scope. No automated changes on Allegro.

  1. XLSX reports

Imports from the seller panel: visits, sales, Ads, sales by day and hour. We recognize the file type — duplicates do not skew your stats.

  2. History over time

Every upload stays in history — periods, offers, metrics. Compare the same month year over year without hunting old files.

  3. Offer catalog

Visits, sales, and Ads on one row. Offer detail with per-metric charts and a deep link to the listing.

  4. Allegro Ads

Statistics with placement breakdown. Flags mixed WW / SO / Google ad groups — split recommendations, not campaign edits.

  5. Accounts & roles

Many sellers, one login. Switch accounts like tabs — without blending data between clients.

  6. Allegro connection (read-only)

Optional, from account settings. Regular offer list refresh — alongside XLSX reports, not instead of them.

Getting started

From account to charts in a few steps

You do not need to connect everything at once — XLSX reports are enough to start; Allegro connection is optional.

  1. Create a seller account

Organization name — you are the account administrator. Invite a manager when someone else uploads reports.

  2. Upload XLSX reports

Sales, visits, Ads — the same files you export from the Allegro panel. We detect the type from headers.

  3. Connect to Allegro (optional)

One click in account settings. Your offer list refreshes regularly — alongside reports, not as a replacement.

  4. Analyze in the app

Overview, sales, offers, and Ads — periods from your reports, not only “today” from Excel.

  5. Configure alerts and brief

Alert templates, Ads audit brief, offer availability schedule — no changes in the Allegro panel.

Allegro Ads

WW, SO, and Google in one view — no guessing

Ads statistics import from your XLSX export shows cost and outcome per placement. We flag mixed ad groups (WW+SO) immediately — you get split recommendations, not automated campaign edits.

  • Cost and revenue split: Promoted · Sponsored · Google
  • Mixed ad group flag — know what to separate in the Allegro panel
  • Min ROAS brief — one shared definition of “worth it” for the team
  • Read-only — we never change campaigns for you

Analysis and signal — no writes to Allegro

Alerts

14 situations Excel discovers too late

Conversion stalls, revenue falls off a cliff, a report goes stale — 14 templates for different moments in the sales cycle. Set channel, time, and threshold; we notify you before it gets lost in a spreadsheet.

Examples below are illustrative — they show template logic on fictional numbers from sample reports.

Workspace

One surface for sales, offers, and Ads

Overview KPIs, offer catalog, Ads statistics, and upload history — the same data as Excel, organized by period and seller account.

  • Overview

Revenue, visits, and conversion for any date window. Top offers and a quick start without opening spreadsheets.

  • Sales

Sales and visit statistics from XLSX exports. Tables and trends aligned to the period in the file.

  • Offers

Catalog with visits, sales, and Ads in one view. Offer detail with charts and a deep link to Allegro.

  • Allegro Ads

Campaigns and ad groups with placement breakdown. Signal for mixed WW / SO / Google groups.

  • Reports

Upload history and detected type — you know which report fed which period.

  • Alerts & brief

Alert templates, channel preferences, and Ads audit brief — configuration without campaign edits.

Trust

Data security without claims we cannot prove

We do not display SOC or ISO badges — we explain how the product actually handles your data and Allegro.

Account isolation

Each seller has a separate pool of data. Switch accounts — you only see that seller's reports and results, never mixed with another client.

Secure Allegro connection

Allegro access is stored encrypted on our servers. It never lands in the browser or in logs you would see in the app.

Read-only on Allegro

No listing, Ads campaign, or order edits. The browser extension (planned) observes Sales Center only.

Your sources only

Data from your XLSX exports and — if you choose — your Allegro connection. We do not collect competitors' data or their offer prices.

Availability monitoring

We check only the public pages of your offers — calmly and within Allegro's limits.

Team roles

Owner, manager, and view-only on each account. Managers upload reports; owners manage access without sharing everything with everyone.
